The restaurant and catering industry has many routines and controls to deal with. There is often high pressure and high expectations for food safety and customer service. At the same time, the industry is still struggling to get back on its feet after the pandemic, and resources are not enough. The pressure is too high, the routines are too many and the employees are too few.
